CT University Welcomes 2,500+ Freshers with Grand Airport-Themed ‘Nirmaan 2026’ Orientation Program

CT University marked the commencement of its flagship Orientation Programme, ‘Nirmaan 2026’, by extending a grand welcome to more than 2,500 newly admitted students from various academic disciplines.

Conceptualized around an innovative Airport Theme, the University transformed the campus into a vibrant departure terminal, symbolizing the beginning of every student’s journey towards knowledge, innovation, and success.

Adding a unique experiential element, every fresher was welcomed with a personalized Passport and Boarding Pass, making their entry into the University both memorable and meaningful. The immersive concept represented students boarding the flight of their academic aspirations, reinforcing CT University’s commitment to preparing globally competent professionals and future leaders.

The inaugural session was graced by the esteemed presence of Chancellor S. Charanjit Singh Channi, Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh, Vice Chancellor Dr. Nitin Tandon, Registrar Sanjay Khanduri, and Director, Division of Student Welfare, Er. Davinder Singh, who warmly welcomed the students and motivated them to embrace every opportunity that university life has to offer.

Chancellor S. Charanjit Singh Channi encouraged students to remain focused on their goals, nurture innovation, and strive for excellence while making meaningful contributions to society. He emphasized that CT University is committed to providing an ecosystem where students can transform their dreams into achievements through quality education, experiential learning, and holistic development.

Addressing the gathering, 
Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh inspired the freshers to step out of their comfort zones, embrace challenges with confidence, and make the most of the University’s vibrant academic and co-curricular environment. He highlighted that success is built through discipline, consistency, and a willingness to learn every day.

Management welcomed the students to the CT family and emphasized the University’s focus on innovation, research, entrepreneurship, and industry-oriented education. He encouraged students to actively participate in academic, cultural, and extracurricular activities to develop into well-rounded professionals.

The programme also introduced students to the University’s academic framework, campus facilities, student support services, international collaborations, placement opportunities, clubs, societies, and vibrant campus culture. Through engaging sessions and interactive activities, the freshers gained valuable insights into the opportunities that await them during their academic journey.

The opening day of Nirmaan 2026 concluded on an energetic and celebratory note.
