The CT University Connect Program, held at the open-air theatre of CT University, unfolded as an inspiring and transformative event, bringing together the heads of schools, dedicated faculty, and enthusiastic students in a shared commitment to personal and academic growth.

The program, designed as a Judgment-Free Zone, provided a welcoming and non-judgmental space for students to express themselves freely. Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi emerged as beacons of Inspirational Leadership, fostering an environment of encouragement and support.

One of the program's key highlights was the leadership's commitment to Active Listening. Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi and Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Tripathi not only addressed the audience but also actively listened to the dilemmas and concerns of the students, demonstrating a genuine understanding of their challenges.
