Inaugurating the event, Parminder Kaur Channi, said, “Yoga has an extremely strong power to heal stressful mind and body. In current scenario, one needs to input yoga asana in their lives.” Yoga can be fruitful for both students and faculty. It has benefits of calming down the minds and peacefully working along in a busy lifestyle.
