NCC Group Commander Visits CT University

Brigadier P.S. Cheema Motivates NCC Cadets at CTU

CT University proudly hosted Brigadier P.S. Cheema, Sena Medal, Vishisht Seva Medal, Group Commander, NCC Group Headquarters Ludhiana, on his visit to the campus. He was accompanied by Col. Rohit Khanna, Sena Medal, Commanding Officer, 3 Punjab Battalion NCC Ludhiana, and Subedar Major Karnail Singh.

During the visit, Brigadier Cheema held an insightful interaction with the NCC cadets and faculty members. He delivered a motivational session where he emphasized the core values of discipline, leadership, patriotism, and commitment that NCC instills among youth. His words inspired the cadets to embrace responsibility and strive towards becoming future leaders and responsible citizens of the nation.

The program witnessed the gracious presence of Vice Chairman, Harpreet Singh, Registrar, Sanjay Khanduri, and Director, DSW, Er. Davinder Singh, who extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries. The entire event was coordinated by Taranjit Singh, NCC In-charge, CT University, along with Sandeep Kaur, ensuring smooth conduct of proceedings.

A total of 140 NCC cadets, including newly enrolled first-year students, enthusiastically participated in the program. Their presence and involvement reflected the growing spirit of nationalism and the passion to serve the nation through the platform of NCC.

Speaking on the occasion, Brigadier P.S. Cheema said:
“I am delighted to see the enthusiasm and discipline among CT University cadets. NCC not only nurtures leadership but also builds character, courage, and confidence in youth. I urge cadets to continue working with dedication, as they are the torchbearers of our nation’s future.”
