Fevicryl Workshop

School: School of Design and Innovation

The Fevicryl Workshop was a hands-on training session aimed at enhancing the creative and artistic skills of fashion design students. The workshop focused on three primary techniques:

1. Tie-Dye – Students explored various resist-dyeing techniques using Fevicryl colors to create vibrant fabric patterns. They experimented with different folds, knots, and tying methods to achieve unique designs.
2. Fabric Painting – Participants learned to work with Fevicryl fabric colors to create detailed motifs, textures, and patterns on textiles. The session covered brush techniques, block printing, and stencil work.
3. Clay Modeling – A special segment of the workshop introduced students to Fevicryl’s air-dry clay, enabling them to craft decorative models, accessories, and embellishments for fashion-related applications.

Throughout the workshop, students were encouraged to blend traditional techniques with contemporary fashion trends to create innovative designs.
