CT University Engages in Academic–Healthcare Dialogue with Sri Lanka’s Health Minister at SLALAS Conference

It was a proud and significant moment for CT University as the university got the opportunity to interact with Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, Hon’ble Minister of Health and Mass Media and Chief Government Whip, during the inauguration ceremony of the SLALAS Conference.

During an informal tea-time interaction held on the sidelines of the conference, detailed discussions were held regarding the evolving role of research and innovation in strengthening healthcare systems and academic collaborations. The interaction served as an important platform for exchanging perspectives on ethical, innovative, and socially relevant research practices.

The discussion also highlighted the growing importance of academic institutions in contributing towards translational healthcare research and policy-oriented scientific advancements at both national and international levels.

CT University Showcases Research Activities in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Translational Research

During the interaction, insights were shared regarding the diverse research activities currently underway at CT University, particularly in the fields of pharmaceutical sciences, alternative research models, and translational research.
