CT University School of Law Students Gain Insight into the Heart of Indian Democracy at the Hon’ble Supreme Court

CT University’s School of Law embarked on a transformative journey to the heart of Indian democracy, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. This prestigious visit was meticulously organized to provide students with an insight into the crux of democracy, the principles of justice, and the indispensable role of the judiciary in our nation.

The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, perched as the pinnacle of judicial authority in the country, symbolizes the beacon of justice and the guardian of our democratic principles. This excursion was designed to not only educate but also inspire our students about the paramount functions and significance of the judiciary within a democratic society..

During their visit, the students had the invaluable opportunity to witness court proceedings of the Supreme Court. These proceedings included non-sensitive cases, allowing our students to closely observe the brilliance of legal arguments presented, the dignified decorum upheld, and the meticulous administration of justice.
