PUSHP HOLI AT CT University MARKS GRAND RANG UTSAV CELEBRATION

CT University witnessed a spectacular two-day celebration of “Rang Utsav,” organised by the Division of Student Welfare, bringing together students and faculty in a vibrant blend of tradition, creativity and devotion to mark the festival of Holi.

The celebration began with a school-wise Matka Decoration Competition, where students displayed exceptional artistic talent and cultural expression through intricately decorated earthen pots.

The competition added colour and creativity to the campus atmosphere. The results were announced with great excitement:
    •    First Position: School of Law
    •    Second Position: School of Management Studies
    •    Third Position: School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism

The competition reflected the enthusiasm, teamwork and innovative spirit of the participating schools.

On the second day, the campus resonated with spiritual devotion during the ceremonial Lord Krishna Abhishek, followed by the serene and uplifting Pushp Holi. Instead of colours, fragrant flowers were offered, creating a pure and positive atmosphere that deeply touched the hearts of students. The soulful ISKCON bhajans further enhanced the spiritual ambience, spreading peace and positivity across the University.

The traditional Dahi Handi celebration added energy and excitement to the festivities, symbolising unity, teamwork and the joyous spirit of Lord Krishna’s playful traditions.

Sharing his views, Director, Division of Student Welfare, Er. Davinder Singh, stated, “Rang Utsav at CT University is a reflection of our commitment to preserving cultural values while fostering unity and positivity among students. Such celebrations create lifelong memories and strengthen the bond within the University community.”

Pro Chancellor, Dr. Manbir Singh, remarked,
“Festivals like Pushp Holi and Rang Utsav are not merely celebrations; they are reflections of our rich cultural heritage and spiritual roots. At CT University, we believe education goes beyond classrooms — it is about nurturing values, unity, creativity and inner growth. Witnessing our students celebrate with such devotion, discipline and enthusiasm fills us with pride. These moments strengthen our community spirit and shape socially responsible individuals who carry forward the essence of tradition with modern outlook.”

The grand celebration once again showcased CT University’s dedication to holistic development by blending culture, devotion and student engagement in a truly memorable manner.
