CT University & Samvedna Trust Ludhiana Unite for Humanity

CT University, in collaboration with Samvedna Trust Ludhiana, organised a large-scale Blood Donation Camp at the university campus, witnessing an overwhelming response from students, faculty members, staff and volunteers.

The camp successfully collected over 500+ units of blood, marking a powerful collective contribution towards saving lives and strengthening the availability of blood for those in need.

The initiative reflected the university’s strong commitment towards community welfare and its belief that a few minutes of an individual’s time can become someone else’s second chance at life.

The camp was graced by the presence of Subhash Gupta, Chairman, Samvedna Trust Ludhiana, along with Ajay Jain, Coordinator, Samvedna Trust Ludhiana, who appreciated the university’s continued efforts in promoting the spirit of voluntary blood donation among the younger generation.

The special presence of Harpreet Singh, Vice Chairman; Dr. Nitin Tandon, Vice Chancellor; and Er. Davinder Singh, Director, DSW, further added significance to the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Sd. Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT University, appreciated the collective efforts behind the successful organisation of the camp and emphasised that social responsibility must remain an integral part of education. He said that blood donation is not merely an act of charity but a powerful expression of humanity, compassion and responsibility towards society. He applauded the students and members of the university community for coming forward in such large numbers and contributing towards this noble cause.

Dr. Manbir Singh, Pro Chancellor, CT University, highlighted that initiatives like these provide students with an opportunity to move beyond academics and actively contribute to society. He said that the overwhelming participation in the camp was a reflection of the university’s culture of compassion and its commitment to nurturing socially responsible citizens. He appreciated Samvedna Trust Ludhiana for joining hands with CT University for this meaningful initiative.
