CT University Extends Summer Relief to Ludhiana Police Personnel, Honours Frontline Heroes

CT University organized a meaningful summer relief drive to express gratitude and support for police personnel serving on duty amid rising temperatures across Ludhiana. As part of the initiative, students of the university, accompanied by faculty and administrative representatives, distributed refreshing beverages including lassi and cold drinking water to officers stationed at various locations, acknowledging their dedication and commitment to public safety.

The drive aimed to provide relief from the intense summer heat while fostering a spirit of compassion, community service, and social responsibility among students. By engaging directly in the initiative, students experienced the importance of giving back to society and supporting the frontline heroes of Ludhiana who work tirelessly to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of citizens.

Commenting on the initiative, Dr. Manbir Singh, Pro Chancellor of CT University, said:

“Our police personnel perform their duties with remarkable dedication despite harsh weather conditions. Through this small gesture, CT University expresses its appreciation for their invaluable service. The men and women of the Ludhiana Police are true frontline heroes whose commitment to protecting the community deserves our utmost respect. We believe that acts of kindness and care strengthen the bond between institutions and society, inspiring collective responsibility towards nation-building.”

Director, Division of Student Welfare (DSW), Er. Davinder Singh, added:

“At CT University, we strive to instill values of empathy, service, and social responsibility among our students. This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting those who work tirelessly for the welfare and safety of the public. We are proud to stand with the frontline heroes of Ludhiana and contribute in every possible way.”

The initiative also witnessed the participation of Dr. Amandeep Tangri, Additional Director Admissions, who joined the students during the drive and encouraged them to actively engage in community welfare activities.

Through such outreach programs, CT University continues to reinforce its commitment to social responsibility, community engagement, and nation-building by nurturing socially conscious and responsible citizens.

Together for a Safer, Healthier, and Cooler Tomorrow — Saluting the Frontline Heroes of Ludhiana.
