CT University Commemorates Engineers' Day by Celebrating Engineering Excellence

School of Engineering and Technology, CT University proudly observed Engineers' Day by honouring the remarkable achievements in the field of engineering, bringing together students, faculty, and industry experts in a vibrant celebration of Engineering Excellence.

The day featured a wide range of engaging activities that captivated participants throughout the day. These activities included Project Designing, Technical PPT Creation, a challenging Technical Quiz, Coding/Decoding Challenges, Technical Paper Writing, Web Designing, the Engineering Innovation Showcase, Best out of Waste, and LAN Gaming.

The distinguished Prof (Dr) Rakesh Kumar Khandal graced the occasion as the chief guest, sharing profound insights that added significant value to the event. Prof (Dr) Khandal served as the Former President of R&D and Business Development at India Glycols Limited, Former Vice Chancellor of Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, and Former Director of Shriram Institute for Industrial Research, New Delhi.

The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and innovation. Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Abhishek Tripathi welcomed the attendees, providing a detailed profile of the Chief Guest. Esteemed Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh delivered an address, followed by a keynote speech by Chief Guest Prof. (Dr.) R.K. Khandal, Former Vice Chancellor of AKTU (Lucknow) and Former President (R&D and Business Development) at India Glycols Ltd. The event concluded with vote of thanks from Dean Academics Prof. (Dr.) Avadhesh Kumar Gupta.

On this occasion, Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi, Pro Chancellor Manbir Singh, Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi, Dean Academics Dr. Avadhesh Gupta, Registrar Sarabpreet Singh, Director Planning and Development Dr. Ati Priye, Deputy Director of the Department of Student Welfare Davinder Singh, Head of the School of Engineering and Technology Dr. Jimmy Singla, heads of all the schools, faculty members, and students, also graced the event with their presence.

Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh expressed his elation, affirming that the event epitomized CT University's core values of innovation and excellence. He commended the unwavering commitment of students and faculty in celebrating the accomplishments of the engineering community.
