Help and Support

Naturally, you are at the heart of all we do, so were always looking at ways to help you get the most out of campus life. Independence is something you are no doubt looking forward to, but rest assured we are there should you need us. Our support package is probably one of the best in India – from the minute you walk through the door to the day you leave, and beyond, we are there for you. Our support comes in all shapes and sizes – from help with personal issues to finding jobs and many more. 

The International Relations Division

We have a dedicated ‘Help Desk for student services and information on our campus. This division enables students to tap in to resources and help from student registration, student welfare, accommodation and student support.

We provide professional immigration advice to current international students and also support in FRRO process. Our team also provides support and advice on a one-to-one basis on a wide range of personal and study related issues.

The service is open all year round except on University Holidays. 

Counseling

Highly experienced counselors are on hand to talk to you about any issues at all. All conversations are confidential. Our counselors will offer support and advice on anything from relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and bereavement to feelings of isolation and inability to settle into groups. Some problem may be more directly linked to studies. Help is always on hand if there are exam worries or problems with a programme and they can be contacted by phone or in person.

Health and Well Being

All international students need to go through with the medical check-up once they arrive in the campus. Students also need to do medical insurance as per the policy of the University. Our CT Hospital is also available for all our students.
