Risk Management

Internal Audit

The university's internal audit function has the vital role of independently appraising the university's activities, encompassing both financial and operational aspects. This function serves to provide the audit committee with assurance that risk management, internal controls, processes, and governance are operating effectively within the university.

Office of Compliance

The University Compliance Office (UCO) is tasked with creating, implementing, and upholding a compliance and ethics program that aligns with the institution's mission, especially in a continually evolving and complex regulatory landscape. Office of the Secretary

The University Secretary has the essential role of coordinating and facilitating the functions of the Board of Governors and the Senate, along with their respective committees. This ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the university's bicameral system of governance, fostering effective decision-making and governance processes.
