CT University hosts Principals Conclave & Leadership Summit Ludhiana October 10, 2023 – CT University proudly hosted the Principals Conclave & Leadership Summit 2.0 as part of its ongoing CT Parent Student Connect Program. This esteemed gathering united prominent educational leaders to explore and discuss various aspects of the K12 education landscape while emphasizing the importance of fostering meaningful partnerships and support. The event showcased a distinguished lineup of speakers who shared their profound insights on critical educational topics: Dr. Vandna Shahi opened the discussions with an in-depth exploration of the ‘National Curriculum Framework,’ underscoring its pivotal role in shaping modern education. Mr. Samir Sathe followed, providing valuable insights into the theme of “Transforming School Students into Skilled Working Adults of Tomorrow.” His address shed light on the evolving educational landscape. Ms. Savleen Kaur then took the stage, addressing the irreplaceable role of communication in an AI-driven world. She emphasized the enduring importance of effective communication skills. The Leadership Summit session was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Vinay Kapoor Mehra, who introduced and guided discussions on the “Leadership Role in Higher Education,” imparting valuable wisdom and perspectives. In attendance were a prestigious group of school principals, including Chairman & Senior Management representatives from renowned institutions such as – Mother Teacher School, Barnala, DPS, Dhuri, Blooming Buds Sen Sec School, Narayana Group of Schools, Blossom Convent School, Jagraon, Dashmesh Public School, The Unirise World School, alongside other prominent schools from the vibrant educational landscape of Punjab & Haryana. The Principals Conclave & Leadership Summit served as a collaborative platform for insightful discussions aimed at enhancing the quality of school education, sharing best practices, and fostering a collective commitment to the growth and development of students. Speaking at the event, Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi underscored the profound significance of the CT Parent Student Connect Program in elevating educational standards. He commended the participating principals for their pivotal roles in shaping the educational landscape and guiding the future of young minds. Chancellor Channi further emphasized the importance of collaboration between universities and schools, asserting that such initiatives would lead to comprehensive growth and provide a more enriching learning experience for students. The event enjoyed the presence of several key figures from CT University, including Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi, Dean Academics Dr. Avadhesh Gupta, Director Admissions Gurwinder Singh, Deputy Director Department of Student Welfare Davinder Singh, Assistant Director- School Connect Surbhi Behl, Director CRC Rajesh Kapoor, Director IQAC Dr. Atipriye, Amandeep Tangri, Associate Director, Department of Admissions, as well as other team members from the Admission team, and Heads of Schools (HOS) and faculty members.
