Mr. Shibham Paul, an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Professor in the field of Human Resource Management, is currently serving in the Department of Management Studies at CT University. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration specialization in Human Resource Management from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar (NITS), and UGC NET holder, bringing academic rigor and industry-relevant insight to the classroom. He completed a professional training in human resources from the main central power organization of North East India i.e. North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited, and clinical training from Downtown Hospital. Before taking up his current role at CT University, he served as a faculty member at Assam Down Town University, where he was actively involved in academic and administrative functions, curriculum development, and student mentoring. His academic interests lie in human resource management, health care management, principles of management, industrial relations and labour law, medical ethics and clinical terminology. His academic accomplishments include the Anundoram Borooah Award from the Government of Assam, the ONGC Scholarship for higher education 2023-2024, and an academic excellence scholarship from Assam Downtown University. He attended many FDPs seminars, Workshops, and Training for continuous improvement and an aptitude to contribute meaningfully to the academic as well as professional development of students and to the larger academic community.
