B.A., LL.B. (Five Years Integrated Course)

The Bachelor of Laws is intended to be completed in five years duration full-time. Each year of study at School of Law, Curriculum of this particular programme of CT University is divided into two semesters each, 1 make up week, 1 reading and revision week, and 1 examinations week. The fall semester will start from August and end in December. The winter semester will start from February and end in June.

eligibility criteria

10+2 or equivalent in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized board and having atleast 45% marks. 5% relaxation can be given to SC Students only

Intellectual property (IP) refers to creations of the mind, such as inventions; literary and artistic works; designs; and symbols, names and images used in commerce.

Juvenile law pertains to those who are deemed to be below the age of majority, which varies by country and culture. Usually, minors are treated differently under the law. However, even minors may be prosecuted as adults
