Examination Grievances Portal

The Examination Grievances Portal is an online platform where students can register any concern related to examinations. This portal has been developed by two of our own B.Tech (CSE) students, reflecting the spirit of innovation and problem-solving.

The primary objective of this portal is to reduce frequent visits of students to the Examination Department by providing a convenient online grievance redressal mechanism. Through this portal, students can raise their concerns and receive a response within 1–3 working days on the same platform.

Process to Use the Portal:

1. Students are first required to register themselves on the portal.

2. After successful registration, students can log in and generate their query.

3. Once a query is registered, students will be able to see:

   • To whom the query has been assigned.

   • The maximum number of days it may take to resolve.

This initiative ensures transparency, accessibility, and timely redressal of examination-related issues.
