Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
The B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration programme is designed to develop competent hospitality professionals equipped with managerial, technical, and interpersonal skills required in the global hospitality industry. The curriculum integrates theoretical knowledge with practical training in hotel operations, tourism, food production, bakery and confectionery, accommodation management, customer service, and hospitality technology. The programme incorporates extensive industry exposure through practical laboratory training, industrial visits, internships, live projects, guest lectures by industry experts, and hands-on learning experiences in hospitality operations. Students gain real-world experience in food production, food and beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping management, and hospitality entrepreneurship.
10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized Board/University, securing at least 50% aggregate marks.
Merit in CT-SET, subject to fulfilling eligibility criteria.
