Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management)
The School of Management Studies, CT University offers a three-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business management and human resource practices. The programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical exposure in areas such as recruitment, talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation, employee relations and organizational behaviour. Through internships, live projects, case studies and industry interactions, students develop analytical, communication,
leadership and decision-making skills, preparing them for careers in HR departments, recruitment firms, consulting, talent management and other business sectors.
Industry Immersion connects classroom learning with real-world HR practices. Students gain practical exposure through industry visits, internships, live HR projects, expert sessions, workshops and case studies. They experience key HR functions such as recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance appraisal, training and development, payroll, HR analytics and employee relations. The immersion develops professional skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership and workplace management, making students industry-ready.
10+2 or equivalent in any stream with English as a compulsory subject from a recognized board and having atleast 50% marks. (5% relaxation for SC Category)
