CT University Celebrates 80th Independence Day with Grand Tiranga Yatra Featuring 300-Feet Tricolour

CT University organised a grand Tiranga Yatra featuring a spectacular 300-feet Tricolour, bringing together students, faculty and staff in a powerful celebration of national pride, unity and patriotism.

The massive Tricolour journeyed through the university campus amid patriotic slogans and an atmosphere filled with pride and enthusiasm. The celebration beautifully captured the spirit of Ekta, Rashtrabhakti aur Rashtriya Gaurav, reminding everyone of the sacrifices that secured India’s freedom.

More than 500 students actively participated in the Tiranga Yatra, making it a memorable celebration of collective spirit and national pride. Marching together with the 300-feet Tricolour, the students displayed enthusiasm, discipline and a strong commitment towards the nation.

Vibrant Cultural Performances Showcase India’s Heritage and Vision of an Empowered India

The celebrations were further enlivened by an impressive cultural programme featuring energetic Bhangra, soulful singing, group dance performances, and an impactful skit and play portraying the values of freedom, sacrifice and patriotism. The performances reflected India’s rich cultural diversity while showcasing the students’ creativity and love for the nation.

The celebration also echoed the vision of an empowered and progressive India, inspiring students to understand that nation-building is a shared responsibility. The Tiranga Yatra served as a reminder for the younger generation to carry forward the values of unity, responsibility, innovation and service towards the nation.
