Dr. Nitin Tandon is Doctorate in Chemistry from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur India. He has obtained his M.Sc. Chemistry (Hons.) and B.Sc. Chemistry (Hons.) from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar. He is CSIR-UGC-NET and GATE qualified. He has published 40 Scopus indexed research papers with h-index of 13 and 450+ citations. He has 14 granted patents to his credit. He has supervised 02 PhD students and 10 Post Graduate students. He is a recipient various awards including young scientist award for research contributions in Lovely professional University in 2016, Dr. Harjit Singh Foundation Fellowship for Brilliant Students for Higher Research after Post-Graduation in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab, India in 2003-2004. He has total of 21 years of experience including 10 years of industry experience working with renowned industries like Cadila Healthcare, Jubilant Life Sciences, Ranbaxy, Lupin and Panacea Biotech where he has served at higher management positions like Research Scientist and Principal Scientist. He has 10+ years of experience in academic field wherein he has served for Punjab Technical University and Lovely Professional University at various administrative levels like Assistant Dean, Deputy Dean and Associate Dean.

Dr. Simranjeet Kaur Gill, Pro Vice Chancellor at CT University, brings over 16 years of enriched teaching and research experience, with a specialization in Criminal Law. She earned her Ph.D. from Punjabi University, Patiala, focusing on “Criminality Amongst Women: A Socio-Legal Study with Special Reference to the State of Punjab.” A dedicated academic and thought leader, Dr. Gill has significantly contributed to digital legal education, serving as a subject expert in Cyber Law for the Ministry of HRD’s NMEICT project, and recently recorded 70 video lectures for the prestigious SWAYAM Prabha initiative by the Ministry of Education. She has delivered over 60 educational television and e-content lectures, all of which are available on national platforms like SWAYAM, Sakshat, and UGC portals. Dr. Gill has published 47 high-impact research papers, guided 32 LL.M. scholars, and is currently supervising 8 Ph.D. candidates, with 2 having successfully completed their doctoral degrees under her mentorship. Recognized for her academic excellence and leadership, she has been honored on platforms such as International Women’s Day and Teacher’s Day by global human rights organizations. At CT University, she spearheads academic initiatives with a strong commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and academic excellence, ensuring students receive a transformative and future-ready education.

Mr. Pradip Kumar boasts over 16 years of extensive experience, making him a seasoned professional in both Educational Organizations and the Software Industry. His illustrious career includes collaborations with prestigious universities such as Sharda University, Noida International University, RNB Global University, KK University, and Sankalchand Patel University. Notably, he has played a pivotal role in establishing and enhancing examination processes at various educational institutions.

His educational background features a current pursuit of a Ph.D. in Computer Science, along with an M.Tech and B.Tech. His teaching repertoire covers a wide range of subjects, including Database Management Systems (DBMS), .NET Technology, Microprocessor, Google Suite, and Digital Electronics, among others.

His contributions have earned him accolades, including the Best Employee Award at RNB Global University and an appreciation letter from KK University, recognizing his outstanding dedication and performance during his tenure.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Khanduri currently serves as the Deputy Registrar and Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at CT University, Ludhiana. A seasoned academic administrator, he has been instrumental in steering the university towards continuous quality improvement and national recognition.

Under his visionary leadership, CT University has actively participated in numerous flagship initiatives of the Government of India, including Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, e-Samadhan, E-Sanad, Fit India Movement, and PM E2E Career Lounge, reflecting the university's strong commitment to community development, digital transformation and student welfare.

Mr. Khanduri has also played a key role in enabling CT University to achieve and maintain a prestigious 4-star rating for three consecutive years under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), a Ministry of Education, Government of India initiative to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education institutions. Additionally, the university has earned recognition across various national and private educational rankings for academic excellence,

Ombudsperson

Dr. Naresh Nagpal is a seasoned educationist and former Additional Director of the Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh. With extensive experience in policy-making, administration and governance in the technical education sector, he has played a vital role in shaping vocational and engineering education across Punjab. He is currently associated with CT Group of Institutions, Jalandhar and CT University, Ludhiana as member of the Governing Body, contributing to academic leadership and institutional development. As per the UGC Guidelines, Dr. Naresh Nagpal has also been appointed as the Ombudsperson for the Students Grievance Redressal Committee of the CT University, Ludhiana.
