CT University,Ludhiana is now offering M.Sc. MLS in microbiology which is a two-year postgraduate program that generally emphasises not only on medical but also on
diagnostic microbiology. Further, it also equips students with the theoretical knowledge along with some technical expertise required for identification, cultivation, and
analysis of pathogens relevant to human health. The course includes bacteriology, virology, parasitology, mycology, immunology, and molecular microbiology, integrated with some clinical applications.
