CT University Empowers Youth with Inclusive Career Opportunities

Leading Universities and 29 Top Companies Participate in One of the Region’s Largest Placement Drives

CT University successfully organized “JOB FOR ALL”, a comprehensive employment initiative aimed at bridging the gap between skilled job seekers and leading employers from diverse sectors. The event served as a unified platform, connecting students, fresh graduates, and professionals with reputed companies, empowering them to explore multiple career paths and secure meaningful employment.

With the theme “Inclusive Opportunities, Empowered Careers,” this grand placement drive reflected CT University’s continued commitment to nurturing employability and fostering industry-academia collaboration. The initiative was not limited to CT Group students but extended to candidates from other reputed educational institutions, creating a truly inclusive and dynamic recruitment environment.

Massive Participation and Remarkable Outcomes
The event witnessed 29 prominent companies from various sectors participating in the recruitment process. A total of 441 students from across multiple universities took part, out of which 307 candidates were successfully shortlisted for further hiring rounds — marking a highly successful outcome for this career-oriented endeavor.

Participating institutions included: Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Lucknow), LPU, Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Chandigarh University, PCTE, HPU, Punjabi University (Patiala), Apeejay Institute, CGC Mohali, Shaheed Bhagat Singh State University, GNA University, DAV College Jalandhar, PTU, GNDU Amritsar, Thapar University, NIT Jalandhar, Rayat Bahra University, Desh Bhagat University, Chitkara University, and Gulzar Group of Institutions.

Strategic Collaborations and MoUs
During the event, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed between CT University and CS Soft Solution Pvt. Ltd., Mohali and Sunfocus Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mohali, marking a significant step toward strengthening industry-academic ties and promoting joint skill development initiatives.
